What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your cleaning we will return a second time and address the situation. We will do our best upon our return to fix the remaining issues.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not happy with your service, we will come back out and make it right.


If you are STILL not happy with your service and you can reasonably describe your reasons- we will refund your purchase in full. The money may take a few days to show up in your account.

Can’t I just work directly with my cleaning technician?

C’mon, man! We certainly want you to have a good personal relationship with your cleaning tech, but it’s against our Terms of Service for customers to work directly with cleaning techs for jobs.


Marble Maids spends a lot of time and effort to connect cleaning techs to customers including recruiting, training, scheduling, marketing, client/lead acquisition, insurance, etc. Please respect our role in making this relationship work!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe on our instant booking page. We also accept cash, check, bank transfer, and Google Pay. Just call our office to arrange your payment.

What is your service area?

We currently service addresses within Philadelphia.


Addresses outside of the Philadelphia region may incur a Distance Fee of $1/min of travel time from Center City.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Marble Maids vets all of our cleaning technicians and checks references. We trust them to represent our business and you can trust them in your home. Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely. Your payment information is securely handled by our third-party partner Stripe. We never even see it.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We check the Pennsylvania criminal history of all of our cleaning technicians based on the information they provide. No technician convicted of any felony or any violent crime will be permitted to work for Marble Maids, insofar as the law permits.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes! We are fully insured with over $1M in General Liability coverage.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Most of the extra tasks clients need can be selected a la carte in your booking form. If there’s something else you need- just put it in the Additional Comments of your booking form and we will do everything we can to make it happen!

How many cleaners will you use for my service?

It depends on our schedule and your job. If your cleaning is estimated at 4 labor hours- we may send one Cleaner for a 4 hour clean, or a team of 2 Cleaners for 2 hours. If you feel strongly one way or another please put this in your special instructions of your booking or give us a call!

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Everything except a toilet brush. For sanitary reasons- we ask each customer to provide a toilet brush for each toilet in the home. Do you really want us transferring toilet gunk all around town?!?


We will bring all other required products. Our products include; microfibre cloths, non-scratch sponges, gloves, Magic Eraser, duster, multi-surface spray, glass cleaner, floor cleaner, plastic scraping tool, grout brush, light mop, and light vacuum. If you think your cleaning project will require special products or needs a more heavy-duty clean please let us know in your booking information.


For recurring service we ask to store our supplies at your home for convenience.
