What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your cleaning we will return a second time and address the situation. We will do our best upon our return to fix the remaining issues.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy with your service, we will come back out and make it right.
If you are STILL not happy with your service and you can reasonably describe your reasons- we will refund your purchase in full. The money may take a few days to show up in your account.
Can’t I just work directly with my cleaning technician?
C’mon, man! We certainly want you to have a good personal relationship with your cleaning tech, but it’s against our Terms of Service for customers to work directly with cleaning techs for jobs.
Marble Maids spends a lot of time and effort to connect cleaning techs to customers including recruiting, training, scheduling, marketing, client/lead acquisition, insurance, etc. Please respect our role in making this relationship work!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe on our instant booking page. We also accept cash, check, bank transfer, and Google Pay. Just call our office to arrange your payment.
What is your service area?
We currently service addresses within Philadelphia.
Addresses outside of the Philadelphia region may incur a Distance Fee of $1/min of travel time from Center City.
